Commercial Property Solicitor – Central Cardiff
My client is a leading regional law firm with offices in Cardiff, London and others nationwide. They are currently seeking to recruit a Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years PQE or the equivalent in the case of a qualified Legal Executive.
The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload relating to matters within the core property team and retail team, advising commercial clients across a full spectrum of commercial property matters, including, but not limited to; advising on freehold and leasehold transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts relating to the client’s matter, preparing reports on file and researching points as required.
I am looking for candidates with a strong client focus and proven organisational skills who will take a pragmatic approach to their cases. Experience in advising commercial retail clients would be advantageous.
