An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a highly respected Legal 500 firm who have gained a fantastic reputation for its professional work and its personal approach with clients.

With growth of over 20% in the last year and a similar level of growth predicted for this year, the fantastic residential property team are seeking to recruit two new members. Working closely with major house builders, established local estate agents and private individuals, this is an amazing opportunity to join an expanding firm, gain valuable experience and contribute to the respected friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the following:-
• Major house builders
• Established local estate agents
• Private individuals
• You will handle residential conveyancing matters

Requirements:

• You will have a minimum of 2 years experience of managing your own caseload, from taking instructions to post completion
• Manage your workload to ensure the delivery of excellent client care
• Flexible team player
• Take part in business development initiatives
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Strong record of meeting or exceeding agreed goals and targets
