I am currently looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or Private Client solicitor wanting specialise further, to join our Court of Protection department in Birmingham.

This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills within an established and innovative national law firm and department. You will be working within a fast-paced team on a stimulating mix of cases. You will not only be technically excellent but also a good communicator with rounded client service skills. You must be able to develop strong relationships with a wide range of people, be empathetic, supportive yet directional. The successful applicant will be given line management responsibility in due course.

If you are an experienced Solicitor with 3 years or more PQE, we would really like to hear from you. You must have good IT skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
