Your new company

This data centre company which was established over 20 years ago connects thousands of clients to telecommunications companies and has a prominent market reputation across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Their office based in central London hosts 35 people.

Your new role

A newly created commercial counsel position for London and Europe, reporting into the General Counsel. This will be a general commercial role with IT/outsourcing. You will work closely with internal teams across the business including with senior stakeholders such as the CFO, CEO and Managing Directors. You will support the team with legal guidance on business-critical issues.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified commercial lawyer with 5-6 PQE (guide only) who has trained with a reputable firm, with strong experience with commercial contracts. You will have exposure to outsourcing and/or technology contracts negotiations. You will need to be able to work autonomously, stand your ground - the client is looking for someone who can fit into that approachable but robust culture. As this is an interim position, you must be available on short notice.
