Job Details
This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor from NQ–3 years’ PQE to join a thriving firm in Ashford.
Alongside managing your own files, you will also be supporting the Head of Department dealing with transactional and advisory corporate and commercial work. This will include acting on business sales and purchases, advising on LLP agreements, and drafting a range of commercial agreements.
Part of this role will be assisting with the promotion of the department and building relationships with clients and introducers across Kent.
