You will ideally be a junior corporate solicitor with over 2 years’ PQE and a grounding in high value corporate commercial work. You will have experience managing a diverse caseload of high-value work with a focus on large corporate restructuring, acquisitions and mergers, MBO / MBI and general commercial matters.

My client is a Legal 100 firm with a strong corporate group advising on an international basis to large scale SME’s and blue chip companies through to high profile FTSE 100 entities.

You will join as a junior corporate solicitor and you will ideally be keen to learn, progress and develop alongside some of the region’s best lawyers and partners.

You will primarily be based from Luton, but on occasions in St Albans. You will have exposure to work of the highest quality from a diverse range of corporate transactions. You will be working on the acquisition, sale and restructuring of businesses, acquisition finance, private equity, corporate governance, M&A and partnership/LLP work.

You will be expected to be able to support senior lawyers and partners in their activities designed to generate clients and fee earning opportunities from day one. As expected with a firm of this calibre, a regionally leading salary and strong progression options are on offer.
