Commercial Litigation Solicitor
A highly rated Kent law firm is seeking a recently qualified commercial litigation solicitor with a strong academic record to join their thriving commercial litigation team. The commercial litigation solicitor will be handling disputes involving commercial contracts, intellectual property, partnership and shareholder disputes as well as professional negligence.
The commercial litigation role requires managing cases and supporting other senior litigation solicitors with their cases. Duties will include taking instructions, drafting pre-action correspondence, drafting court applications and pleadings, handling disclosure, preparing witness statements, instructing counsel, trial preparation, attending procedural hearings and undertaking mediation/conciliation meetings.
Salary dependent upon experience.
