An award-winning Legal 100 firm who are well known with a noted Family Law team are looking to expand their department with the appointment of a solicitor at 1-3 years' PQE to assist on and handle a privately funded Family Law caseload.
 
Working alongside Partners and Senior Associates who will support and mentor you, the opportunity is here for someone to develop their career potential and become involved in all areas of the firm's Family Law provision.
 
There are a number of award-winning Fee Earners within the department who thrive on responsibility and who themselves have a vast understanding of Family Law.
 
You can expect to handle divorce, matrimonial, finances, ancills, private child pre and post nups, cohab, civil partnership matters, and you will drive marketing strategies to increase business in all of these different areas of family law.
 
You should have strong advocacy skills, good organisational and time management skills, and a strong analytical brain.
 
You should be happy to embrace marketing and business development activities and be keen to push your own profile forward.
 
Applications from relocators will be considered, however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the South West.
