Corporate / Commercial Lawyer

LAW Absolute is working on behalf of a Law firm specialising in healthcare This law firm is “A typical” in so far as it is a not for profit law firm, providing expert legal support and advice to  members of an Association.

Our client is looking for a junior lawyer to deal with corporate/commercial and regulatory matters operating within the healthcare sector.

Your key responsibilities as an Associate will include;

• Managing transactions or projects
• Develop and utilise precedent documents and standard processes
• Supporting internal procedures

You will be further providing a high quality legal service to clients and maintaining good relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a small team and be involved in client facing transactions from the start.

Recent experience gained in private practice would be highly desirable, along with a good background in partnerships agreements, shareholders agreements and business/sales acquisitions.

This really will be a great opportunity to  be exposed to high quality work at an early stage in your career.
