Commercial Contracts Lawyer

LAW Absolute have recently partnered with a cloud-based email management solutions company who are seeking a German speaking Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join them for an initial 3 months.

Working as part of a dynamic global legal team, the individual will be supporting  business areas across primarily German and European regions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Negotiating, reviewing and drafting contracts including software licensing agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements and marketing agreements
• Advising on ad-hoc legal matters regarding EU competition law matters
• Working alongside and advising key stakeholders and business partners across the company.

The successful individual must be able to speak German, have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (preferably in the SaaS industry) and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
