A leading Berkshire based organisation is looking for a highly competent commercial Legal Counsel with experience is focused around commercial contracts and litigation in the telecoms space. What they looking for a 3 to 5 PQE commercial solicitor to join in a bustling and collaborative legal team whose staff spans the country. Your role will be based on telecoms working and coordinating with the senior solicitor specialising in the telecoms aspect of the business.
The organisation itself is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index and is a market leader in its field. They are looking for an ambitious and talented solicitor with highly desirable skills/characteristics in the following:
* Telecoms experience gained in-house or in private practice
* Experience in the drafting review and negotiation of commercial contracts, particularly B2B
* Data protection and Competition Law
* Strong skills in negotiation
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
