If you are an enthusiastic Civil and/or Commercial Litigator wishing to join the busy department of a friendly practice in Cheltenham, then my client would like to hear from you!

We have been instructed on an opportunity with a firm that has served generations of local families and businesses and who now require an additional litigator to join their growing team. You will be part of a department that has ambition to develop within Gloucestershire and the surrounding area over the next couple of years and you will be pivotal in the firm's ongoing success.

Your caseload will include all aspects of litigation matters to include contractual disputes, property litigation, neighbour disputes and debt recovery. You will ideally be able to hit the ground running and support your colleagues and advise your clients on a variety of cases.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge and capabilities at various business development and networking functions such as seminars and local events, which will allow you to build strong business and client relationships.
