This local mid tier practice with a strong presence throughout Staffordshire that can offer a great opportunity to deal with a high calibre of work whilst striking a happy work/life balance. My client is seeking a 2 year PQE + Solicitor to join their regionally recognised team and run their own caseload of a broad mix of commercial litigation matters.

You will be managing a mixed caseload of property litigation, professional negligence, insolvency and contract disputes as well as a small percentage of civil litigation claims. The team consists of a Partner, x2 Solicitors and Paralegal and you will working closely with a Partner, whilst also having input into the expansion of the team as well as business development. Any experience of generating new work and creating business will prove useful as Solicitors are expected to help generate work for the firm, regardless of which department they're based in.

Your client base will be mixture of SME's & successful local clients, so experience of working in a similar practice and having a 'client-first' approach is essential. As this is a smaller regional practice there is a fantastic work/life balance as well as having a 'all in it together' ethos, so this is a friendly environment to work in.

Salary level will be based on PQE however salary will likely range from £30,000 - £45,000 as well as having a bonus & benefits scheme in place. Please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal for further information on this role.
