property sector.

Our client’s commercial property practice operates in a wide
range of sectors for an array of high profile sizeable clients,
many of whom are household names.

The high-quality work undertaken by the practice includes
land development, renewables, portfolio management,
landlord & tenant and property finance.

THE ROLE & YOU
Structural change has opened up a ready-made opportunity
for an experienced commercial property lawyer to take
a key role in this already highly-regarded team.You will be
self-motivated, commercially aware and a team player who
enjoys building relationships with both clients and colleagues.

The level of experience required means that you are likely
to have a track record of developing strong client relationships
and/or an extensive network of contacts.

Whatever your specific areas of property expertise, you will
