Job Details
Litigation Solicitor. A litigation solicitor is required by a law firm in Exeter. The successful litigation solicitor will be dealing with property and land disputes, commercial and contractual disputes. The successful property litigation solicitor will offer a strong academic background and be able to provide a first class client service.
The litigation role will work with landowners, landlords and tenants on matters such as rights of way, boundaries and adverse possession as well as dilapidation claims, lease renewals and forfeiture proceedings etc. Strong client management and facing experience with good business development experience required. Salary dependent upon experience.
