I'm recruiting on behalf of a Top 100 firm based in Birmingham which requires an Associate level Solicitor or Barrister to undertake healthcare work on behalf of the NHS-R and various healthcare providers. 
 
The national team undertakes a wide range of healthcare work including advising on health law queries, regulatory matters, public law issues, JRs, mental health issues, clinical risk management, and inquests. They are seeking to recruit an Advisory Healthcare Solicitor or Barrister who will bridge the experience gap between Partner and junior fee earners, and who has already established a demonstrable track record in some of the above areas of healthcare and inquest work. 
 
You will deal with exciting and high profile work, including politically sensitive cases for the NHS and therefore will need to be a confident and dynamic lawyer able to work with senior management level clients within the NHS.
