Private Client Solicitor

An experienced Private Client Solicitor is sought for an established firm of Solicitors with offices across Cheshire and North Shropshire. You will be based at their office in North Shropshire within an easy commute from Chester and the welsh border.

The firm has a first-rate reputation in across Cheshire for providing wills and estate planning advice. The work the Private Client team delivers includes will drafting, trusts, care of the elderly, basic tax planning, setting up and administering trusts in respect of the family home, probate and estate administration and will disputes.

Although there is some flexibility, the Head of Department is keen to recruit a Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years' post qualification experience who can offer a broad spectrum of Private Client services. Full STEP membership or progress towards STEP is expected.
