Your new role
Reporting into the VP & Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious. This will include you drafting and negotiating policy and procedures, managing litigation matters, and supporting the implementation of legal developments and initiatives and development plans. You will also work on TUPE, termination agreements, as well as a host of other duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor with strong employment law experience gained 7+ years PQE (guide only). Your experience in the employment law field will be rounded and focus on various aspects of the practice area. You will have strong in-house experience, preferably 3-5 years' worth (as a guide).
