Job Details
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a German speaking Solicitor to join the growing Global legal team of a market leader pioneer in the technology and software sector.
The in-house legal team is at the very core of our client's success. With consecutive year on year growth, the in-house legal team have spurred and facilitated the international growth of the wider business. Most recently, our client has pursued an aggressive growth strategy across Eastern Europe and specifically targeted Germany as prime developing market.
As such, our client is in need of an experienced technology/software legal counsel, who is comfortable working with both written and spoken German, to help support this new phase of development in the business's history.
The successful legal counsel with work on a wide and varied array of innovative projects, with primary duties including the negotiating, reviewing and drafting of critical commercial contracts including:
* Customer Agreements
* Partner Agreements
* Vendor Agreements
* Non-Disclosure Agreements
* Software Licensing Agreements
* Marketing agreements
