Established law firm in West Yorkshire seeks a Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant to join their expanding conveyancing team based in Batley, West Yorkshire. You will work as part of a team and supporting an experienced Conveyancer in everyday tasks, using case management systems.
Duties will include; completing forms and applications, handling general queries/updates, assisting with completions, conducting searches, typing various letters, drafting contacts, liaising with clients, solicitors, referrers and estate agents.
You will need:
- A minimum of 12 months experience as a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal,
- Good communication skills,
- A working knowledge of case management systems is desirable but not essential.
- The ability to work on own initiative and prioritise a busy workload,
