Working alongside two highly experienced partners, you will manage a full caseload of commercial property and land matters from instruction to post-completion.

  • Sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold properties

The Candidate
  • Applications are encouraged from solicitors with 5 years’ plus PQE in commercial property matters from a reputable firm
  • Good overall working knowledge of commercial property and land law is required, including landlord and tenant and enfranchisement matters
  • With excellent communication skills, you will excel in client care
  • A proactive approach and solid time management skills are essential
