The role

This highly reputable Kent firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join their thriving Folkestone office.

The team are one of the friendliest and most experienced in the area, dealing with a varied and interesting case load property case load, including buying and selling property, equity release, mortgages and remortgages, plot sales, leaseextensions, residential tenancy agreements, transfer of equity, and declarations of transfer.

You will take on a very good quality level of work and be equipped with the skills and support required to grow and develop your skills, handle interesting work, and be a key member in the Folkestone team. You will be dealing with caseloads consisting of a high net worth as a result of the firms 'big city' connections giving any ambitious solicitor fantastic caseload exposure/career development

Requirements

• You will be at least 1-3 years PQE in Conveyancing (there is no upper limit in terms of progression, and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• You should have solid Conveyancing knowledge
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• You should have a good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• This role will be based in Folkestone, Kent
• Salary is above market rate
