Job Details
Are you a Commercial Property Lawyer looking to join a highly regarded, legal 500 and Lexcel Accredited law firm? If so, my client would be keen to hear about you!
You will be joining an established commercial team who continue to grow, and bring a blend of proven experience and commercial acumen. Their clients include national and international investors, trusts and pension funds, to national retailers, trading companies, local authorities, private and public healthcare providers, schools and colleges.
As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be confident in managing your own full caseload to include high net worth transactions, advising on all Landlord and Tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals and development work.
Requirements:
- You will ideally have at least 3 years pqe and be looking to join a progressive firm that values opportunity and strong relationships with clients and employees alike.
- You will enjoy working within a busy team environment
- You will be experienced in managing your own full caseload
