Master Agreements Solicitor- German Speaking

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Master Agreements Solicitor to join a leading European Commercial Bank in Central London.

The Master Agreements Solicitor will be involved in the drafting and negotiating of a varied portfolio of high value, complex, Master Agreements.

As the Master Agreements Solicitor in London, you will liaise with a global network of counterparts across a variety of international jurisdiction working to ultimate achieve best practice of behalf of the bank.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Negotiating and drafting ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA and CSA agreements
* Updating Master Agreement and client services databases on behalf of the bank
* Ensuring that completed Agreements comply with the various jurisdictional requirements for financial netting
* Liaising and network with internal colleagues who represent the bank nationally and internationally

The successful candidate will have previous experience negotiating and drafting a range of Master Agreements- including ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA and CSA agreements. A working knowledge/fluency with the German language is essential for this role.
