Senior Legal Counsel

We are working with a renewable energy company in DUBAI in their search for a Senior Legal Counsel.

Thi s is a very exciting opportunity to join a fast expanding company.

You will have the following skills;

• UK Qualified solicitor
• Experience or active interest in the ‘clean’ energy industry
• Strong projects documentation experience from a top tier law firm – EPC contracts and O&M agreements
• Experience managing external counsel on both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Commercially minded
• Experience and understanding of corporate governance and compliance matters
• Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the business
