Company Commercial Solicitor – 2+ PQE
Our client, an award winning, busy Oxfordshire practice based in Thame are currently looking to recruit a further Solicitor to join their Commercial team.
As a Company Commercial Solicitor you will be exposed to a wide variety of work; managing your own caseload and providing support and assistance to the commercial team. The team acts for a range of clients handling the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, acquisitions, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and terms of business.
To be considered for the role our client is requiring a Company and Commercial Solicitor looking for a new challenge and able to bring sound working knowledge of Companies Act 2006, together with general company practice and day-to-day business affairs.
