Locum Commercial Property Solicitor – South Wales

Our client, a forward-thinking, Legal 500-recognised law firm in South Wales is urgently seeking a Commercial Property Locum to cover an excessively busy period, covering a varied, Partner-level caseload.

The firm is seeking a locum to start with them as soon as possible for an initial duration of a month, which may be extended.

The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience, overseeing a caseload of commercial property matters. The successful candidate will then be responsible for the progression of a full and varied caseload of complex and high-net-worth matters.

This well regarded firm, based in a built-up area in South Wales, is ideally seeking a full-time locum to assist in the office. Dedicated secretarial support from an excellent and highly-experienced secretary is available full-time should the locum require such support.

The rate of pay on offer is entirely negotiable, depending on experience. The firm is not willing to exclude exceptional candidates on the basis of rate. Therefore excellent candidates should enquire, stating their required rate up-front.
