Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join this well-established, multi-office, legal 500 law firm. My client prides themselves in delivering a professional service and excellent client care.

The Role:

As a conveyancer for this firm, you will have knowledge and experience dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters, such as:

  • Sales and Purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Leasehold and Freehold
  • Right to buy and help to buy
  • New build
  • Shared ownership

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing is desirable.
  • Experience handling a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties
  • Good networking skills with the ability to develop new business
  • You will be confident in working independently and able to 'hit the ground running'.
