Private Client Solicitor - Can Offer Exposure To HNW Matters

An exceptionally strong full-service regional firm is now seeking to consolidate its private client offering in its Kidderminster office with the appointment of an additional Private Client Solicitor to its highly regarded Private Client Team in order to deal with a varied and high calibre private client caseload.

This firm has a very strong pedigree and has a network of offices throughout the West Midlands and the Black Country. Whilst the firm has particular expertise in the private client, agriculture and property sectors, it is also a full service offering and is able to boast a very strong client base comprising individuals, local businesses, SMEs and national commercial entities meaning that you will have access to a large, stable client base.

The Private Client Team is already established across the firms' network of offices; however, the team in Kidderminster has experienced significant success and so now needs to make an additional hire to strengthen the team there in order to service ongoing instructions and also further increase this particular offices' market share.

The team is looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor from NQ level through to around the 3 year PQE mark. If an NQ, you will have completed at least a seat within private client and it would be advantageous if you had gained pre-qualification experience in the sector. You will have gained experience at a national or very strong regional firm and you will be tasked with handling a broad variety of wills, estates and trusts, be required to draft will and also undertake estate administration. You will not just deal with relatively straight forward matters as you will also be able to work alongside senior practitioners on HNW matters where you will assist on complex subject matter such as dealing with high value complicated financial structures on behalf of high net worth clients which will include trust work.

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious private client solicitor who has a desire to work at a very strong firm and who is keen to make their mark in the sector so if you are an experienced practitioner who might be concerned about limited progression opportunities in your current role then this opportunity is definitely worth exploring.

Naturally a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer which includes 23 days' holiday entitlement as well as extra holidays over the Christmas period when the office closes. The firm also prides itself on its non-corporate environment and actively promotes a positive work/life balance and the working culture is such that the process is very much focused on providing a high-quality client centric service meaning that this role is a world away from a high-volume operation and will allow you to spend a considerable amount of time having face-to-face client meetings.
