Due to an increased work load, we are now looking to recruit a part time Paralegal to work in the heart of the city centre for 3 days per week on a temporary, ongoing basis. Your new role

As an experienced Paralegal, you will be helping the team handle requests for disclosure of children's social care records from external organisations such as the police and service users. This will also involve court order requests for disclosure of records relating to childcare proceedings as well as requests from other local authorities and organisations where there may be safeguarding and child protection concerns.

What you'll need to succeed

As an experienced Paralegal, you will have experience of managing subject access requests and redaction of records. Experience of child and / or adult social care would be highly beneficial. This role will also require a DBS, however one will be provided.
