Job Details
As part of our planned strategy for growth, this successful Legal 500 law firm require an experienced Matrimonial & Family Lawyer (3-5 years of PQE) to join their Family Department in York.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a hugely successful team and assist with taking the business to the next level.
Upon joining a strong close knit team you will be responsible for developing a full and varied caseload to cover the remit of private family and matrimonial matters with a focus on high net worth financial cases. You will also be able to contribute to the consistent growth of the department.
To be successful you:
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of PQE (as you will be expected to manage your own caseload, support staff and participate in marketing activities)
- Have previous experience of handling a broad range of family and matrimonial cases, ideally with high net worth clients
- Possess a client following and/or contacts whom you are able to take with you (this is beneficial but not essential)
- Have a good marketing focus and be commercially aware, with a proven background of successful involvement in business development
