Reporting to the CFO; the Head of Legal role holds responsibility for managing the legal, compliance and company secretarial functions across the Group to ensure applicable legal and regulatory requirements are met, legal risks to the business are identified and mitigated and high standards of corporate governance are achieved at all levels.

The role involves provision of pragmatic and strategic legal support and advice to all trading divisions and support functions, supported by a Group Solicitor.

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 8 years' PQE in corporate/commercial law and have a wealth of in-house experience providing advice to colleagues across all levels of the business. Experience of managing company secretarial duties is also desirable.
