This is an opportunity to join a well-known multi-office law firm in the Nottingham area. You will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive capable of handling your own caseload.

This role would suit an experienced Qualified Fee Earner who would be happy to be the main point of contact with a team. You will be able to run a manageable caseload of residential sales and purchase files to conclusion.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work with a high level of autonomy, but also as part of a large and supportive firm-wide team network.

My client is a well-known regional firm across the East Midlands. Like all good conveyancing departments, they enjoy a good reputation for the quality of service they provide their clients.
 
Dealing with files from start through to post-completion, you will have a full understanding of the process and you will be motivated by an environment which is centred around quality of service to the client.

You will be motivated by enhancing the reputation of both yourself and the firm with regards to building up the reputation of a department.
 
The firm is interested in hearing from a technically strong Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancers, or Legal Executives with upwards of 2 years' experience.
 
The firm has a structure around salary so initially, the top end on offer here is a competitive £40,000. However, there is a discretionary bonus that can be paid through performance.
