Residential Conveyancer
A Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic based opportunity with a well established regional law firm. Applications are invited from strong qualified or non qualified Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £30K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.
An expanding, specialist property law department which deals with high value property work within an established regional law firm, my client delivers to a local client base.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of around 30 new live cases a month which is predominately freehold but will also include some leasehold, shared ownership and help to buy matters from start to finish.
Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience. The successful candidate will possess at least 3 year experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction.
