Residential Property Solicitor - Newbury
Regional law firm with a strong presense across the South of England are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join one of their rapidly growing, successful and busy residential property teams in Newbury. This team have helped thousands of people in a variety of different transactions which including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.
This is an experienced team which has a vast knowledge and expertise in an array of areas including and not exclusive to lease extensions, re-mortgaging and transfers of ownership.
The successful candidate will be either a Solicitor, full or part qualified Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who can handle and maintain a full caseload from initial opening through to post completion.
