Job Details
A long-established Coventry based law firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be running a caseload of sale and purchase transactions concerning both leasehold and freehold properties, re-mortgages and equity transfers and handling files from inception through to post completion
You will have the opportunity to pick up an existing caseload but also play a key role in developing the business and providing a high quality service to clients.
Applicants to this role must have solid residential conveyancing experience and must have the ability to work independently and using their own initiative when required. The firm are looking for somebody with approximately 4-6 years PQE either as a Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor, but experience around this level will also be taken into consideration. Marketing experience and ability to use case management systems would be an advantage.
