Part Time Childcare Lawyer
LAW Absolute is working with a local authority in London seeking a Childcare Lawyer on a part time basis. This opportunity is being offered for three months initially.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will be expected to carry a full caseload from the outset encompassing both Children Act 1989 and Care Act 2014 related matters.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to show a sound knowledge and understanding of the law and procedure relating to the councils responsibilities towards children and families. It is also key that you have experience preparing cases and appearing as an advocate on behalf of the council before tribunals, courts and other bodies in both contested and uncontested cases.
Please note, this role is a part time opportunity and our client is seeking a Childcare Lawyer who is able to work on a 24 hour week contract.
It is essential that you are able to start on short notice and have a previous track record of working autonomously and running a full caseload from the outset.
If you are interested in hearing more about this role and have the requisite experience, please send your updated CV to Zoe Alex- firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours. However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually.
If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained. LAW Absolute acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
