Commercial Property Paralegal

An experienced Commercial/Real Estate Property paralegal is required for an exciting opportunity with a long-standing law firm in Manchester. The role will be based in the Manchester office and offers a competitive salary depending on experience.

This international law firm have an excellent reputation in the local area and pride themselves on the high level of services that they provide to both businesses and individuals.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar position assisting a senior fee earner with their caseload of commercial property matters. Your duties will include handling all aspects of sale, purchase and re-mortgage matters including carrying out the necessary searches as required. It is paramount that you have excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team as well as under minimal supervision.
