Our client is a successful and award-winning Legal 500 firm who is looking to bolster their growing real estate team in Manchester with the hire of an experienced Plot Sales Solicitor of 1-5 years of PQE.

Their Real Estate team deals with both commercial and residential developments, real estate finance, investments and landlord and tenant matters, for a wide range of clients including housebuilders, banks, regional funds, commercial developers and investors.

The residential development team are true experts within the field and deal with all aspects of the residential development cycle from planning, site acquisition and construction right the way through to disposal. The team deal with residential developments ranging from disposal of a small site for small-scale residential development right the way through to large-scale regeneration projects. 
 
As a Plot Sales Solicitor in the team, you will handle your own caseload of files including part exchange buy-ins and sell-on, and help to buy matters. You will deal with these files from initial instruction right the way through to completion and post-completion. You will have a bright and enthusiastic approach and be keen to join a highly regarded plot sales team, handling quality plot sales work in a structured and supportive team with a collaborative culture. 
 
You will help to supervise junior members of the team and assist the head of the plot sales team on site set-up matters. You will also be involved with business development and marketing activities including meeting existing and potential clients and participating in press releases, which is your chance to build up your profile within the firm and particularly amongst key clients.
