Experienced Residential Property Solicitor-
This is a highly exciting opportunity for a Lawyer with experience in Residential Property Conveyancing to join a progressive firm with fantastic development opportunities.
You will based in a highly sought after office within a friendly team of solicitors, you will also work alongside admin support and an assistant so that you can focus on your caseload.
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience within areas such as leasehold and freehold, sales and purchases, right to buy, re-mortgages and transfer of equity.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers as well as unqualified Conveyancers that can demonstrate experience within the Residential Property field.
