CORPORATE SOLICITOR - LEADING INTERNATIONAL FIRM - City of London - Corporate Solicitor - Mid to Senior Level -
This role offers fantastic opportunities and excellent benefits as a Corporate Solicitor; you will also be joining a well-established and respected corporate team. Within this role, you will be undertaking high quality work, including:
- Assembling, negotiating and concluding complex and often market-leading transactions for a broad array of clients including investment banks, corporate financiers, private equity and other investment funds, public and private companies and private individuals.
- A broad range of work including corporate finance and securities transactions, M&A, private equity, and venture capital, strategic alliances and projects, and advising on commercial agreements.
