Commercial Contracts Paralegal

We are working with a large organisation to appoint an in-house paralegal. The role is for a period of 12 months.

They need a bright and enthusiastic paralegal to join their in-house legal team. Applicants can be from an in-house or private practice background but will ideally have experience in commercial contracts.

This role offers exceptionally varied and high quality legal work in a remarkable organisation.

The main duties include:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and templates.
• Undertaking legal research and presenting legal topics to lawyers and other colleagues.
• Assisting with the management of the team’s systems and processes (e.g. knowledge-sharing platform, contracts database and intranet pages).

It is crucial that candidates have the appropriate soft skills to work effectively with a wide range of people.
