Managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision, the successful solicitor will utilise their expertise to deliver high-quality, client-focused advice on all aspects of corporate and commercial property transactions.

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Joint ventures
• Conducting negotiations
• Development projects
• Restructuring
• Shareholder and director matters
• Leases and business sales and purchases
• Developments and plot sales
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Achieving firm-set billing targets
• Participation in business development activities for the department and firm as a whole
• Keeping up to date with developments in this field

The Candidate
• Applications will be considered from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of five years’ PQE in corporate and commercial property matters
• Technically proficient and commercially aware
• Works well when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strives for high standards in their work at all times
• Is highly organised, personable and detail orientated
