An exciting opportunity has now arisen in our client’s thriving practice for a talented lawyer who possesses solid experience in civil litigation. The successful applicant shall undertake a varied caseload in a supportive working environment.

• Professional negligence claims
• Debt recovery
• Injunctive remedies
• Inheritance Act claims
• Contentious probate
• Contractual disputes
• Conducting own advocacy as required
• Participation in marketing and business development initiative
• Meeting firm-set billing targets

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors and paralegals with one to three years’ experience in civil litigation
• Good IT skills and proficiency using a case management system
• A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
• Excel in communication with clients both verbally and written
