Successful firm in Gloucestershire seeks a Company Commercial Lawyer on a full time basis.

Our client is currently seeking a Company Commercial Lawyer to join their thriving practice located in Gloucestershire. The successful applicant will undertake a vast caseload and provide a full range of services to private and commercial clients.

• Negotiating and drafting contracts
• Undertaking due diligence
• Cross-jurisdictional matters
• Representing SME businesses
• Agency and distribution agreements

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of three years’ PQE in company commercial matters
• Possessing knowledge of sale and purchase agreements and other technically demanding documents is desired
• Possess outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
• Be a strong team player with the ability to work individually under own initiative
