Legal 500 practice is seeking a Contentious Private Client Lawyer in Carlisle, Cumbria.

Working alongside a team of professionals, the successful candidate will manage a caseload and supervise junior team members. Willingness to retain a loyal client base and establish new business would be highly advantageous.

• Contentious probate
• Inheritance Act claims
• Trust disputes
• Proprietary estoppel
• Administration disputes
• Removal of executors
• Retain a loyal client base and establish new business

The Candidate
• A solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of six years’ PQE
• Confident in managing a varied caseload of contentious private client matters
• Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules is highly advantageous
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Work proactively and independently as well as being a key member of the team
• Willing to undertake business development, networking and marketing initiatives
