The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor into their Cambridge office.

The role will have the individual dealing with a wide range of corporate transactional work including: mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, restructurings and disposals.

Due to the firms extensive network, you will enjoy a diverse role dealing with a variety of clients from a range of sectors.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with between 0 - 2 years PQE
• You should have excellent technical knowledge of corporate transactional work
• You will have experience in business development and be a keen networker
• You will be highly organised and an excellent communicator
• Salary will be based upon experience, with an excellent benefits package
