BANKING ASSOCIATE - CITY OF LONDON -
Banking Associate- London -
This is an opportunity to join a fantastic city firm in their Banking and Finance team. This high quality work will include acting on all elements of financing from term sheet stage, intercreditor agreements, security documents and facilities agreements.
Within this role you will develop you client care and management skills, and develop your own networks with support from the team. The Partners and wider team are extremely supportive and will encourage you to develop and grow within the firm.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Drafting of legal documents and agreements;
- Contributing to department know-how and developing precedent documents;
- Advising clients;
- Negotiating with counterparts and taking part in calls
- Matter completion and post-closing work
