This is your chance to join an extremely well-established claimant Credit Hire division within the regions leading Personal Injury specialist law firm. Due to the continuous growth and success of this renowned Credit Hire department on Merseyside, the team are looking for a Credit Hire Litigation Executive to join its ranks.
 
You will be joining the close-knit claimant credit hire team, which currently consists of 15+ Fee-Earners (Solicitors and Paralegals). Your new role will see you taking on responsibility for your own caseload of predominantly litigated Credit Hire claims, which you'll handle from start to settlement or trial.
 
Alongside dealing with your own high-quality caseload, you will get the opportunity to deal with more complex and technical (multi-track) credit hire matters alongside the senior team members and team leaders within the department.
 
As the work that each Fee Earner handles is heavily litigated, it is essential that you can demonstrate strong litigation skills and have seen a claim through its full cycle. You will also have sound working knowledge of the CPR, case law, legislation, and the law relating to credit hire.
 
An active social scene exists across the Credit Hire and wider Personal Injury teams working out of modern commercial offices in the city centre in a vibrant working environment.
