One of the North West's leading law firms, specializing in Personal Injury claims, has a rare opportunity for an experienced RTA Portal Fee Earner to join their Portal department as the Deputy Portal manager. The Portal department is one of the largest and they deal with all pre-litigated RTA Portal claims from instruction through to completion on behalf of their leading UK insurer clients.
 
Your role will see you taking responsibility for your own caseload of RTA portal and fast track claims whilst ensuring that the wider team are hitting KPI's, achieving the best outcome for clients, providing excellent service and ensuring that junior team members are supported when necessary. You will support the Team Manager and Head of Department in ensuring that the department runs smoothly overall.
 
You will be an experienced RTA Portal fee earner with a strong background in handling claims through the portal process and have previous supervisory or managerial experience. You will be passionate about what you do and have the confidence to motivate your team and strive for the best outcome for your clients.
